Professional Background
Lowell began his career as a trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service. Since he has been in private practice, he has represented individuals, corporations, retirement plans, and estates before the Internal Revenue Service. He has litigated tax cases in the United States Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he has tried cases involving estate and trust matters in the Orphans’ Courts of Philadelphia and Montgomery County.​ His practice also includes advising and counseling clients on estate, retirement, and business matters, including the sale and purchase of businesses and professional practices.
